CEO Stefan Pierer has 100% control over the Pierer GmbH and, respectively, chairman of the supervisory board Rudolf Knünz has 100% control over the Knünz GmbH. A syndication contract exists between the two companies, which provides for mutual preemption rights and safeguards against a change in the control over either company.
