KTM has duly submitted comments in response to the Federal Register Notice (Docket No. USTR-2008-0036) in regards to the EC-Beef Hormones dispute, which may result in the impostion of retaliatory duties on motorcylces from 51 to 500cc, imported from Austria into the United States. KTM will not remain effortless when such dispute puts the existance of thousands of small businesses at risk, namely the KTM dealers and vendors throughout the US. KTM expects a timely decision to be published by the Office of the United States Trade Representative.
