After his graduation from the Montan-University in Leoben (Business and Energy Management) Stefan Pierer started his career at HOVAL GmbH in Marchtrenk as sales assistant and later as sales manager and authorized officer in 1982. In 1987 he founded the CROSS group in which he acts as shareholder and member of the Board of Directors. He has been shareholder and CEO of KTM Power Sports AG since 1992.

Stefan Pierer

Harald Plöckinger accomplished his education at the Technical University in Graz (Mechanical Engineering) and started his career at the BMW-group in the engine development segment. Between 1990 and 2004 he has been acting as authorised officer, head of production, as well as of strategic planning and afterwards as managing director of Bombardier-Rotax. Since 2004, he has been active as member of the Executive Board of KTM-Sportmotorcycle AG for development, purchasing and production. Since 2007, Mr. Plöckinger is also Member of the Executive Board of KTM Power Sports AG.
Harald Plöckinger

Patrick F. Prügger, graduate of the Johannes Kepler University in Linz (Commercial Sciences), started his career at the KPMG-group (authorisation as financial auditor in the USA).
Subsequently, he has been acting as authorised officer for the segments finance and accounting at GE Medical Systems and later active for the CROSS-holding group. Since 2005, he has been working as member of the Executive Board of KTM-Sportmotorcycle AG for finance, legal affairs, insurance and personnel. Since 2007, Mr. Prügger is also Member of the Executive Board of KTM Power Sports AG.
Patrick Prügger

Hubert Trunkenpolz started his career, following his studies at the Johannes Kepler University Linz (Business Administration), at ISA Audivisual Communication Corp. as marketing manager and afterwards at TRUMAG as sales manager/managing director. He has been working for the CROSS-group since 1992 and since 2004 as member of the Executive Board of KTM-Sportmotorcycle AG for sales and marketing. Since 2007, Mr. Trunkenpolz is also Member of the Executive Board of KTM Power Sports AG.
Hubert Trunkenpolz

Werner Wilhelm learned the trade of auto body and automotive engineering and started his career in 1989 at AUDI AG in Ingolstadt. From 1992 on, he was project manager at Wilhelm Karmann Inc. in Osnabrück and went to Volkswagen AG in Wolfsburg in 1997, where he was responsible for the development of the Phaeton and the Passat. In 2004, he became General Manager of the Engineering Center Graz at Magna Steyr Fahrzeugtechnik AG & Co KG. Since 2006, he was Vice-President for Engineering Research and Development at Magna Steyr Fahrzeugtechnik AG & Co KG. Since February 1st, 2008, Wilhelm is Member of the Executive Board of KTM Power Sports AG and responsible for the automotive division.
