For 2010, this model includes:
Engine:
- new cylinder with improved casting
- new exhaust pipe with increased wall thickness for more resistance against damage
- transmission received a reinforced 1st gear for durability
- new radiator cap for better heat stability
Chassis:
- entirely new KTM patented triple clamp design which includes a 22mm fixed off-set and overall design improvements for improved flex characteristics and optimal handling.
- frame was redesigned with a steeper steering head angle for easier cornering and a better feeling in the front end.
- modified air box with a new shape that helps reduce dirt and water collection and new TwinAir filter
- new brake pads for more progressive feel
